We can offer you 3 comfortable, newly equipped apartments available for visitors to Berlin. Two of the apartments are studio style, the third has two rooms plus kitchen and bath. They sleep 1-4 and 1-5 people, respectively, in comfort, 6 at a maximum. Prices are from 50 € per apartment and night, depending on the length of your stay . All our apartments are in traditional Berlin residential buildings dating from around 1900. They are all centrally located and belong to three quarters:

For the busy summer period and for Christmas, New Year and Easter we give preference to those staying for at least 4 nights. During May to October a short stay (less than 4 nights) can usually be booked only up to 4 weeks in advance. During November to April (except for the above holidays) this is possible up to 2 months in advance (for the apartment in Charlottenburg it is required to stay one week, at least).
